- Booking for crew and for players currently within Felix’s Watch opens immediately.
- Booking for all other players opens at 9pm on 9th June 2017. – Please don’t book __yet__ if you are not a group member, okay?
- Adult Tickets – £85
- Child Tickets – £50
- Crew Tickets – £20
Crew Places N.B.
We have already asked a number of people to crew this event and are not currently looking for additional crew. If you have not been asked to crew, but would like to – thank you very much! Unfortunately we can only afford a certain number of crew. If you are happy for us to get in touch with you should any of the current crew be unable to attend, please do let us know at virtueandvicelrp@gmail.com
How to Book
To secure a player place, an initial payment of £25 is required at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your booking will only be confirmed when that initial payment is received. Please complete a booking form (below) for each attendee, even if one person is going to handle paying for more than one ticket.
Please note that we are happy to accept the full amount up-front, if you so wish!
Completing payment for adult players:
For the remaining amount (£60), you have a couple of options:
- Pay the full amount by 9th July.
- Pay one installment of £30 by 9th July. Pay a second installment of £30 by 9th August.
Completing payment for child players:
For the remaining amount (£25), you have a couple of options:
- Pay the full amount by 9th July.
- Pay one installment of £15 by 9th July. Pay a second installment of £10 by 9th August.
