- By booking, you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of Virtue & Vice. Our decision is final in all disputes.
- Virtue & Vice reserves the right to refuse booking to any individual.
- Virtue & Vice reserves the right to expel any individual from the event. Your booking fee will not be returned if you are expelled from the event.
- Anyone who deliberately breaks the spirit of the rules will be expelled and barred from future events.
- Should you have to cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before the event, Virtue & Vice will return any payment over and above the non-returnable deposit.
- Should you have to cancel your booking within 2 weeks of the event, Virtue & Vice will be unable to return any payments received.
- No metal weapons may be brought to the site.
- No animals may be brought to the site without our explicit permission.
- No radio transmitting equipment, frequency scanners or pyrotechnics may be brought to the site without our explicit permission.
- All LRP weapons must be checked by a Virtue & Vice weapons checker at this event before they are used. Any item deemed unsafe must be secured OOC at all times during the event.
- Virtue & Vice will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your person or property at an event.
- Nobody will be allowed on site after the event has begun without our explicit permission.
- Additional site rules may be in force at the event; these will be stated in the event pack for the event.
- Any catering provided by or for Virtue & Vice cannot be guaranteed to be totally allergen-free.
